Creative Pain

My body started to hurt even during my sport sessions.

As a long distance runner I then realize my body was in danger.

But I couldn’t help create, drawing by hand, using my computers…

Pain brings stress and stress would killed my creativity.

I would not let this happen. So I had to be more creative about that.

Digital Experience

I spent years working in a huge company as a creative

between Europe and Canada.

Then I worked years as an independent creative

in Germany. Working 10 hours a day, designing everyday,

pushing my wrists, elbows, arms neck

and brain to the limit.

Creative Pain

My body started to hurt even during my sport sessions.

As a long distance runner I then realize my body was in danger.

But I couldn’t help create, drawing by hand, using my computers…

So I changed my postures, my equipments.

I even made my own workstation using my product designer experience.

It wasn’t enough.

Pain brings stress and stress would killed my creativity.

I would not let this happen. So I had to be more creative about that.

That’s why now, I am sharing with those who understands digital work environment pain and wants to keep doing what they love without putting their body and mind in danger.
